Booking Terms and Conditions


All flights and holidays as displayed on this website are protected through the Travel Trust Association. It is available for the customers making their booking in the United Kingdom.

The contract between the customer and TravelUnravel Holidays Private Ltd. will be subject to the Terms and Conditions as laid out here. All flight bookings made through this portal would be inclusive of ATOL Protection Contribution of £2.50 per person that is paid by us on your behalf, thus ensuring ATOL Protection.

In any unlikely event where the company becomes insolvent, the TTA protection would ensure that the customer is not left high and dry and all necessary arrangements are in place to adequately reimburse the customer. For more on this, you may visit the TTA website at or call us for further details.



We would request you to first go through these relevant stipulations before committing yourself to make a booking with us:


These set of norms depend on whether the booking is made for a single seat or as an entire “package”. A Package entails a minimum of two travel components, for which you make a payment collectively. The terms and conditions related to each case are described here:


The contract comes into existence soon as we accept your booking request and receive either your part deposit or complete payment. Meanwhile, we hold the right to deny any booking on our sole discretion. The same goes for online bookings wherein the contract comes into existence as you accept our booking conditions and make the part deposit or full payment for the same.


The services as mentioned on this site are subject to availability.


As you make your booking with us, it would be taken as entering the contract on your own accord after accepting the underlying conditions personally and on the behalf of all other members of the group for which the booking is made. Further, you also own the responsibility for all payments to be made from other party members for whom the booking is being made.



For online booking, you are expected to furnish all the information as required. You must also ensure that credit/debit card being used to make the payment is your own, and if that is not the case, you have the express authorization of the individual whose card is being used to make the payment. Similarly, there must be sufficient funds in your account for making the booking.


As we receive and accept your payment and conclude the booking, a confirmation e-mail, entailing a copy of invoice and debit payment confirmation, will be sent on your e-mail ID shared with us. It must be noted here that we do not claim to make any representation or give warranty for the availability of requested holiday package, or other flight or components. Further, we cannot ensure that our booking services are foolproof in terms of system infection of viruses or any other malwares that may potentially leave you at the receiving end.



For bookings made by telephone, customers are required to provide us with all the requested information and ensure that this information shared with us is correct to the best of your knowledge. If you are using the credit card of a third party, it must be disclosed beforehand, and you must have the due consent of the person whose card is being used to make the payment.


After the payment, a confirmation invoice would be shared with you. You are expected to go through it, and in case of any discrepancy, you shall bring this to our notice so that the necessary changes could be incorporated immediately.




Package holidays include transport and accommodation bookings which are made simultaneously and invoiced collectively.



Other Travel Arrangements include any transport or accommodation which is quoted separately, though booked together. This would subsequently be itemized on your invoice. For cases involving "Other Travel Arrangements", we act as an agent between our customers and our suppliers. So, the contract would be between the two and you may place a request for the underlying contract with us. When requested, we will readily share the IATA conditions of carriage that guides all the travel arrangements that include scheduled flights.




There are a few bookings, where tickets could be issued on making the minimum deposit. However, this amount depends on the type of service booked by the customer and such amount is generally advised while the booking is being made. On the other hand, some airlines issue tickets only after making full payment for the ticket. This payment may or may not be refundable.

For bookings made using part payment, one is expected to pay the remaining balance on the date as mentioned in your confirmation mail or at least 8 weeks before your flight departure from the UK, whatever is earlier. So, in case you are booking tickets within 8 weeks of scheduled departure date, you must make the full payment for your booking.

For bookings made using part payments, the deposited amount would be non-refundable and in an unforeseen scenario where you are not able to make the full payment, we will have the prerogative of cancelling your booking and retaining the deposit. No travel documents will be released until the full payment is made from your end.



For Other Travel Arrangements, the airline may prepone the date for final payment, in which case, you would be notified immediately. In case to failure to pay within the designated time, your booking might be cancelled or subject to fare increase. In this scenario, we are not liable for such losses.



To cancel any booking, you place a formal request with us. For this, a cancellation charge would be applicable, which could be reclaimed if the cancellation comes under the insurance policy stipulations. Further, unless stated otherwise, flights and packages are non-changeable and non-refundable.






For changes pertaining to package holidays, you may get in touch with us for any kind of clarifications. We will take up the case with the concerned service providers on your behalf and inform you whether they allow such changes or if they charge for it. 


No name changes are allowed for any kind of booking.



For changes pertaining to outbound travel date, the confirmation of such a request would be regarded under cancellation and re-booking. There are few airlines that consider name or other changes for existing booking through booking cancellation and involve up to 100% cancellation charges. For bookings involving requirement of a minimum number of persons using the service, the total costs would be recalculated only if the total number of passengers have changed. This increased cost will not be covered under the insurance policy.





In the unlikely event where an Airlines seize to operate and you Holiday is affected we will try and offer an alternative option. You will have an option to either accept the alternative offer or to take a full refund.



There will not be any compensation where the cancellation is done due to events which are beyond our control (force majeure). These include acts of war, terrorist activities, riots or disturbances, industrial disputes, major fire, nuclear fallout, natural disasters, problems with transport, health risks, extreme weather conditions or similar events.



In cases of Other Travel Arrangements, particularly those involving air ticketing, we might not be able to receive notifications for a major change before your travel. So, after your departure from the UK, do check with the airline directly for any scheduled changes. Also visit the airline website for such changes in case of travelling with a "no-frills" airline.

If we receive any notification for such changes, we would get back to you immediately with our travel advisory. And if you are not satisfied with any major changes made, you would be offered an alternative, if available, or a complete refund for the unused service, if it is in line with the conditions of suppliers.

Do note here that refund would not include insurance premiums and Airline Failure Protection. Further, alternate flights or a refund might not be available for cases of "no-frills" airlines. And in case you choose a travel arrangement with increased alternative costs, you would be required to pay the cost difference.



We aim to send you the required travel documents at least 14 days prior to your departure. So, in case you do not receive these documents or have lost or misplaced them, then you may bring it to our notice at least 10 days before your scheduled departure. If you fail to do so, then it might attract additional charges for making the necessary last-ditch arrangements. Passes and tickets for special occasions might be irreplaceable, and cases involving other such documents may require payment of additional charges for re-issuing the same.  






If you or any other person in your party suffers personal injury, illness or death, due to any activity not included in the holiday package that you purchase from us, we will do our best to help you and in finding the most suitable package deal. It could be in the form of translation services, legal advisory in a foreign land, and for assistance with the overseas authorities. All such requests for assistance must be placed at least 3 months of your return journey.

You may feel free to reach us with your issue before you take any legal action. And if you are covered with legal costs insurance, then you must inform us if you go forward to make a claim under it.

Further, for cases of international carriage by sea or air, all the necessary stipulations under the Montreal, Warsaw and Athens Conventions would be applicable to your journey. These set of terms as contained in these conventions will be part of our initial contract, and would guide the same. Please check with the concerned agent for a copy of such terms as applicable to your booking.



As a travel booking agent, we are not no liable for any personal injury, loss or death incurred, except where it is a direct outcome of our proven negligence.



We hold the right to challenge your claim of being our customer, or to cease any dealing with you, if there is credible evidence that your behavior is threatening or disruptive to our staff, or our suppliers, based in the UK or abroad. Further, the airline pilot could refuse to take you on-board an airplane. And if we find that your behavior is unacceptable, we will cancel your booking with immediate effect and bear no further liability for the same.

For overseas travel, you are responsible for your return journey, and of any member of your party.




Your reservation with us tantamount to your agreement with the use and disclosure of the information that you share with us for the following purposes:

a) to enable us in processing your booking,

b) to process your information for the insurance,

c) for market research and analysis,

d) to prevent online fraud,

e) to reach out to you via telephone, letter, SMS, or e-mail,

For payments made by Credit Card, we would disclose payment and booking details to the concerned party that require us to share these details for processing your payment. It is also required for cases of failed payments and for making another payment attempt. All the calls may be recorded for internal training and quality requirements.

For bookings made via website, or where you desire to communicate via e-mail, we will reach out to you through your email address registered with us, and similarly, share travel documents there. We assume that the email address that you share with us is correct and you are aware of risks (virus and other malwares) associated with using this form of communication. You may let us know if you want any other mode of communication.





Passengers must have a valid passport, visa (where applicable), and any international health documents as required by the country that you are visiting. In cases where you are denied permission to enter any foreign land because of incorrect documentation, or due to health precautions, TravelUnravel Private Ltd will hold no liability (financial or otherwise) for it. For all the necessary health requirements, you may visit the official website of Department of Health - You may also check with the Foreign Office advisory on the destination country at



We will share your request for any special assistance with the relevant supplier, wherever possible. These include requests for seats, meals, adjoining rooms, etc. We will see to it that your requirements are duly met, but cannot give any definite assurance on the same. Further, we won’t be liable if such requests are turned down by the concerned authorities. Then there are few cases where special requests might include additional charges, and in such a case, supplementary charges would be added to your confirmation invoice or could be charged locally.



Those passengers who are on a special dietary regimen may place a request for special meals well in advance. TravelUnravel Holidays Private Ltd. would not be liable for unavailability of special meals.



You may check with our sales department regarding requirements for such arrangements well before making your flight reservation. This would help us to make prior arrangements. It must be noted here that it would be subject to the availability of such facilities and at the discretion of the airline.



There are few routes where certain flight segments showing one flight number may need a change of aircraft or an en-route touchdown. Similarly, there are a few routes via USA which may require immigration and customs and clearance at the first arrival airport.



With increasing number of worldwide airline alliances, it may happen that airline might be operating a service on the behalf of one with which your tickets have been booked. In such cases, you may look for the necessary details in your travel itinerary.



There are many countries where airport or departure taxes are applicable. If such taxes could be paid in advance, your ticket price would include such costs. You may also pay such taxes locally at the destination airport.



There is no guarantee for the type of beds that you would be given, but the room will be commodious enough to cater for the number of persons for whom the room is booked.



Not every air ticket sold by TravelUnravel Holidays Private Ltd is eligible for frequent flyer points. In this light, we recommend you check with the concerned airline for the use of frequent flyer membership(s) before you proceed to book with us. TravelUnravel Holidays Private Ltd won’t be responsible if you are not able to redeem your frequent flyer miles.



This contract between the client and the company shall be governed by the concerned Laws of England and Wales. So, in case of any dispute, the claims shall be settled in the Courts of England and Wales. Further, those living in Scotland or Northern Ireland could pursue such legal actions in their respective Courts.


All bookings payments made through cheque should be made payable to 'Travel Unravel Holidays Private Ltd Trust Account’.
